This page explains what we collect when you visit this site or buy The Prepper’s Survival Codex, and what we do with it. “We” means DigitalSolutions, the seller.
What we collect
- When you buy: Stripe, our payment company, collects your name, email address, billing country and ZIP code, and your card or wallet details. We see your name, email, country and the last 4 digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you email us: your email address and what you write.
- When you visit: our web host keeps standard server logs (like your IP address, your browser type and the pages asked for), to run and protect the site.
What we don’t do
- We don’t use cookies, ads or tracking tools on this site.
- We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We don’t send you marketing emails unless you ask for them.
The page keeps two small notes in your own browser: when you first visited, so your launch-price countdown doesn’t start over, and whether the pop-up was shown during this visit. They never leave your device. If the page shows a YouTube or Vimeo video, that service may set its own cookies when you play it, under its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
To process your order, deliver your files, send your receipt, answer your emails, give refunds, stop fraud, and keep the records tax laws require.
Who else sees it
- Stripe, which handles payments: stripe.com/privacy.
- Our web host and our email provider, which store data for us.
- Officials, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records: as long as tax and accounting laws require. Emails: as long as we need them to help you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information: email info@mike-dawson.com. Some records we must keep for tax reasons. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU), you may have more rights, and we honor them.
Children
This site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top.
